Job Summary
Receive room lists from the manager and prioritize cleaning assignments. Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms to Colwen and brand standards while ensuring privacy by knocking and announcing before entry. Check inventory, restock amenities, make beds, and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations. Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items; verify appliance functionality; straighten furniture; dust, polish, and vacuum floors. Notify maintenance for repairs and ensure final walk-around standards are met. Launder, load, and fold soiled linens. Take found items to the lost and found area. Work a rotational 7-day cycle including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to work rotational 7-day work cycle; including weekends and holidays
