Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Facility Maintenance Manager, perform janitorial tasks to ensure cleanliness of HTIC’s common areas, including cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, refilling supplies, emptying trash, vacuuming and light sweeping of classrooms and common areas, and assisting the Maintenance Department with cleaning-related duties. Follow Universal precautions and infection control procedures, report hazardous conditions and broken equipment, and assist in ordering cleaning supplies. Schedule includes Monday–Friday shifts; no supervisory responsibilities. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and provide professional customer service to students and coworkers.
