Job Summary
Strip units of soiled linens, remove trash, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection, document maintenance issues, and notify supervisors of damaged carpets, drapes, furniture, or missing inventory. Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed and assist in maintaining storage closet organization. Attend all training sessions, solve guest complaints promptly, and maintain a safe working environment while adhering to quality and timeliness standards. Work irregular hours in conditions involving odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals, lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments
