Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant

The Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant cleans rooms and common areas to brand standards, inspects rooms using an approved checklist, replenishes amenities and linens, and reports maintenance needs. The role communicates with Front Desk and Maintenance about room status and repairs, supports teammates with duties, and performs other duties to ensure smooth property operations. Strong attention to detail, effective English communication, reliability, and a customer-oriented approach are emphasized, along with adaptability and organizational skills to maintain a clean, comfortable guest environment. Education/licensure is the High School Diploma or equivalent; housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
