Job Summary
Maintain the exterior and common areas of assigned properties by managing trash and debris pickup, monitoring building conditions and signage, and overseeing pool maintenance. Perform snow and ice removal, handle flower and tree care, and remove dog waste and cigarette butts while providing good customer service to residents and coworkers. Assist the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties whenever possible or needed. This part-time or full-time role may be adjusted from hourly to salary, with pay scales subject to Senior Management changes.
