Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the housekeeping department are maintained in a hospital setting, including cleaning patient areas and common spaces, cleaning and maintaining equipment, floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning), waste disposal, handling bio-hazardous material, window cleaning, linen stocking, and adherence to policy/procedure. Follows instructions from shift leader and department management; pre-employment screenings (criminal background check, drug screening, health/immunizations) are required post-offer. Emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high-quality service within a Montana healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
