Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Camp-Resort's cleanliness by regularly cleaning, organizing, sanitizing, and maintaining rental units and public areas. Conduct quality audits within facilities and rental uses to address deficiencies immediately, while maintaining inventory of supplies and assisting with onsite laundry operations. Complete bathroom cleaning logs and upload them to Dropbox weekly, ensuring clear communication with the front office regarding unit readiness. Support guest satisfaction through direct interactions and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This full-time or part-time seasonal role requires weekend and holiday hours and involves physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues
- Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire
- OSHA safety training/certifications a plus
- Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess exceptional guest relations skills
- Weekend & holiday hours are required
