Job Summary
Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing linens and amenities to maintain guest room and public area readiness. Uphold Gravity Haus standards by keeping hallways, common areas, and service spaces clean while reporting maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to supervisors. Restock housekeeping carts daily and follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods, with physical demands including extended standing and lifting up to 30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years housekeeping or related experience
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures and understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours)
- Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift, carry, or push up to 30 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
