Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of designated areas to a high standard of hygiene, including hoovering, mopping, dusting, and carpet cleaning. Sanitize and disinfect resident rooms, communal areas, and corridors while using appropriate equipment and chemicals per COSHH guidelines. Manage waste disposal and handle resident waste bins. Complete relevant training, deliver an efficient service, and ensure all documentation is accurate. Establish professional relationships with service users to maintain a homely environment.
Required Qualifications
- COSHH knowledge
- Experience in cleaning within a commercial/working environment
- Experience in a care/residential setting
- Ability to undertake training relevant to the service and post
- Ability to deliver a quality and efficient service
- Ability to ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and effectively in a timely manner
- 3 years of checkable references
- DBS/PVG checks
