Job Summary
Maintain a clean and professional environment within casino facilities by dusting and wiping down gaming machines, sweeping and vacuuming all flooring and carpeting, and cleaning stains and spills as they occur. Empty trash cans and ash trays on a scheduled and as-needed basis while cleaning and restocking restrooms. Engage guests in a professional service manner, promoting excellent guest experiences to both internal and external visitors. Perform other special projects and duties as assigned while demonstrating the GILA WAY of greeting, interacting, listening to, and appreciating guests.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest
- Must possess excellent guest service skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision

- Ability to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
