Job Summary
Clean resident apartments and common areas throughout the GenCare Lifestyle @ Steel Lake community in Federal Way. Perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned while maintaining a harmonious whole life living environment. This full-time role requires passing a criminal background check, reference check, and meeting minimum requirements. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write English well and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience working with and caring for seniors is preferred, though enthusiasm and dedication are the primary drivers for this long-term position.
