Job Summary
Clean and tidy guest rooms, public areas, and designated spaces by dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and making beds according to established standards. Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms, refill toiletries and towels, empty trash bins, and sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the property. Report maintenance issues, lost items, and respond professionally to guest requests while maintaining security and privacy. Maintain housekeeping carts and organize assigned tasks efficiently. This role requires previous housekeeping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO, while part-time benefits are also available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and knowledge in proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms, organize housekeeping carts, and all other assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices
- Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus
