Job Summary
Housekeeper role at Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and back-of-house areas; managing cleaning supplies; following the Watercrest Housekeeping Handbook; ensuring safety and infection-control practices; performing laundry duties; reporting hazardous conditions; and upholding a homelike living atmosphere for residents. Requires strong communication, customer-service mindset, ability to work independently, and prior housekeeping experience in multi-unit or hotel settings. Must be in uniform, resident-ready, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- At least two (2) years working as a housekeeper in a multi-unit community or hotel environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
