Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, empty trash bins, and launder linens as needed while following established schedules and infection control protocols. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs to the supervisor. Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions while respecting their privacy. Full-time Tuesday through Saturday schedule with competitive wages, health benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment
