Job Summary
The Housekeeper will clean and maintain interior of all accommodation units (one- and two-bedroom) including check-out, stay-over, mid-week, and turnover cleans, plus maintenance and renovation unit cleaning. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, ovens, refrigerators, and other surfaces; removing trash; reporting Lost & Found and any service issues; and assisting with special projects. Work hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with weekend and holiday requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team are essential, along with self-direction to perform tasks per established procedures and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Six months prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines
- Ability to be self-directed
- Skill in attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team, taking direction from multiple leaders using an array of leadership styles and different levels of communication
