Job Summary
Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces by ensuring sanitation in resident rooms, common areas, and support spaces while coordinating tasks with the housekeeping team. Support safety and emergency procedures by adhering to infection control protocols, respecting residents' personal space, and assisting in evacuations during incidents. Document all activities in accordance with regulations and established policies. Attend in-service training and carry out special projects as assigned. This role requires the ability to operate cleaning equipment, lift and move objects, and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Proficient in English
- Understanding of safety and infection control procedures
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
