Job Summary
Clean patient bathrooms, empty garbage cans, and sanitize patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture, and equipment while adhering to established cleaning schedules. Load washers, gather dirty laundry, and operate washing machines and dryers per manufacturer and center policy. Work day or evening shifts for 7–8 hours daily, lifting heavy objects and using standard cleaning chemicals. Maintain tactful interactions with patients, families, employees, and visitors. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand Standard English
- Must be flexible
- Must be a team player
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees and visitors
- Must be able to be on feet 7-8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to work with standard cleaning chemicals
- Must be available for DAY or EVENING shift
