Job Summary
Housekeeper needed for a private residence on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, linen care, and household organization to high standards; proactive communication about household needs and maintenance; working with the household team to ensure a guest-ready home; assisting with inventories, supply management, and provisioning as needed. The role requires experience in luxury/private households or similar settings, excellent references, initiative, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, discretion, and strong English communication. Must be comfortable around dogs and children and hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a private household or luxury hospitality environment (boutique hotel, yacht, etc.)
- Excellent, verifiable references
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a household team
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and a service-minded approach
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs and children
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
