Job Summary
Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner by performing day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, facility policies, and Housekeeping Supervisor directions. Treat all residents with dignity, equality, and respect while following the Lifestyle Pledge and Principles daily. Work within a Montessori-Inspired Living® community environment where both residents and staff are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Completion of elementary education
- Ability to read
- Ability to write
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
