Housekeeper - Full Time

Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with room supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest amenities while cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or furniture as needed. Remove trash and dirty linens, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties are completed per shift requirements. Maintain high personal grooming standards, approach guests and team members with a friendly service-oriented manner, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Schedule varies according to hotel needs; full-time position with competitive benefits including daily pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
