Job Summary
Conduct daily guest room servicing, stocking carts with supplies, replacing linens, and restocking amenities while adhering to safety and security procedures. Perform deep cleaning activities including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, repainting walls, and rehang doors as needed. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms, ensuring thorough cleaning of the required number of rooms per shift. Approach all guest and employee interactions with a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain high personal grooming standards. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
