Job Summary
Clean resident suites and community common areas according to schedule, including vacuuming, spot-cleaning carpets, dusting surfaces, removing trash, and laundering linens. Assist in Annual Suite Service and perform deep cleans of shared spaces. Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience while attending required onboarding, training, and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director. Maintain a positive, professional image and meet state health and certification requirements. Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, and attendance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
- Project a positive and professional image at all times
