Job Summary
Ensure environmental service duties contracted by residents are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures at Jenner's Pond, Inc. Perform daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms. Clean carpets, walls, windows, vents, and trim throughout the facility, common areas, stairways, and elevators. Stock public restrooms and alert the supervisor to maintenance or EVS issues. Address accidents and spills immediately, assist with special events, and provide accurate information for billable services. Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and communicate appropriately with residents, families, and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- Some Environmental Services experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic skills
- 2+ years environmental services experience in a healthcare, hospital, or retirement community setting
