Housekeeper FT PT

Housekeeper role responsible for a variety of housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, sanitary community. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping common areas and resident rooms, deep cleaning, bathroom sanitation, carpet maintenance, and supporting a dignified, caring atmosphere for residents and families. Must interact with residents empathetically, communicate effectively, follow safety and HIPAA guidelines, wear appropriate dress, participate in trainings, and assist nursing staff as needed. Position requires teamwork, adherence to attendance policies, and ability to perform essential duties while maintaining a safe environment; physical duties include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
