Housekeeper- FT or PT

Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas, assist in preparing empty apartments for move-ins, and ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. May assist in responding to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers. No experience required; training provided. Must communicate clearly in English and be able to make independent decisions and solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
