Job Summary
Housekeeper and Laundry duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents. Provide exceptional customer service, clean resident rooms and common areas per schedule, and communicate changes to residents. Engage with residents to understand interests and needs, participate in training and care planning, observe residents’ ability to perform daily ADLs, and assist as needed. Report health, safety, and sanitation concerns to appropriate leadership. Perform other duties as assigned to support the community’s mission and ensure a first-class experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age
- Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills
- Must be physically capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must be able to work varying hours as needed
- Must be criminally cleared through background check performed by community
- Good health shall be verified by health screening performed by a physician
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health
