Job Summary
Strip units of soiled linens, remove trash, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection, document maintenance issues, damaged carpets, and missing inventory to the Supervisor. Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed and assist in maintaining storage closet organization. Attend all training sessions, solve guest complaints promptly, and maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time. Work irregular hours in conditions including odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments
- Work irregular hours
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
