Job Summary
Conduct top-to-bottom and detailed cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, window washing, and laundry. Change linens and bed sheets while ensuring clients remain in a safe and comfortable environment. Listen to client requests, meet schedules diligently, and coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality service. Maintain a Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check and hold a valid Class 5 driver's license. Requires physical stamina to lift up to 20lbs and work standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Legal working status in Canada
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Housekeeping and residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license, Class 5
- English fluency
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 20lbs
- Strong customer service skills and empathy towards others
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple priorities
- Ability to work within defined deadlines
- Ability to function within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to complete physically demanding work for extended periods of time
