Job Summary
Conduct patient-focused cleaning and sanitization of assigned hospital areas using appropriate chemicals and infection control procedures. Perform floor maintenance tasks including burnishing, recoating, and bonneting when qualified. Manage linen inventory by counting, restocking, and delivering clean linens to units, clinics, and couriers while maintaining correct par levels. Monitor inventory carts and use recording devices to track unit linen needs. Report maintenance issues immediately and maintain clean, orderly storage areas. Present yourself professionally to staff, clinicians, and management while following all department policies.
