Job Summary
Housekeeper - Float (Night-time) responsible for routine cleaning and sanitation of clinics, nursing stations, offices, and common areas including restrooms, lobbies, and exam rooms. Duties include replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following safety procedures, and assisting with daily operations under the Housekeeping Supervisor. May drive a company or personal vehicle; requires a Texas Driver License, proof of insurance, and a motor vehicle history check. Must maintain confidentiality, work well with team members, and support departmental goals in a hospital/clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must possess valid Texas Driver License and maintain proof of insurance
- Motor vehicle history check may be required
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to work day/evening/night shifts as assigned
- Familiarity with basic computer usage for logs or records
