Job Summary
Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, including pre-cleaning duties such as setting up the housekeeping cart with supplies, removing trash and dirty linens, and replacing bed linens. Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as assigned, which may involve disassembling furniture, changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or scratched furniture. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming while wearing the proper uniform and name tag. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and safety procedures. Work in a high-pressure environment with varying schedules based on hotel needs.
