Job Summary
Clean resort offices, clubhouses, public areas, and cabins to ensure a five-star guest experience through mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Maintain common areas and track cleaning supply inventory while reporting maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Assist maintenance staff, support guest activities, and address guest inquiries or conflicts with a positive attitude. Drive a motorized vehicle for errands and supply runs as needed. Work weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
