Job Summary
Clean resort offices, clubhouses, public areas, and cabins to ensure a five-star guest experience. Mop, dust, vacuum, and remove trash while maintaining common areas and rental units to established standards. Manage cleaning supply inventory, request refills, and report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Assist maintenance staff, support guest activities, and address guest inquiries or conflicts with a positive attitude. Drive a motorized vehicle for errands and supply runs as needed. Maintain open communication with management to ensure team coordination. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
