Job Summary
Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models by mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash. Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests while maintaining common areas to established standards. Track cleaning supply inventory, request refills, and report maintenance concerns for repairs to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Assist maintenance staff, clean up guest activities, and respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude. Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and pick up supplies as needed. Equity LifeStyle Properties operates over 400 communities and resorts across North America, offering a wide range of homes and camping options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
