Job Summary
Experienced housekeeper role responsible for apartment make-readies, trash collections, and cleaning the leasing office and common areas (lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators) to present the community positively for residents and guests. Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Requires High School diploma or GED, experience in cleaning, ability to read/write English, completion of annual training, age 18+, and a valid driver's license.
