Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and supplying patient rooms, treatment areas, restrooms, nurseries, nursing stations, lounges, offices, waiting areas, and other areas per established policies. Operates cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums), maintains sanitary conditions, and handles waste disposal. Must work in damp/dirty environments, manage cleaning chemicals safely, follow OSHA/EPA/state health regulations, perform tasks such as damp dusting, mopping, window washing, trash and linen disposal, report repairs, and communicate effectively with staff and the public. Requires physical endurance, ability to lift 25-45 pounds, flexibility in scheduling, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and basic math/communication skills are required. EEO employer emphasizing diversity and quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred
- Valid Florida Driver’s license
- Duties require ability to lift and move up to 25-45 pounds

- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
