Housekeeper

Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sheet and linen changing, and bathroom sanitation. Maintain a clean building in all common areas by vacuuming carpets, dusting, washing windows, and ensuring appropriate safety signage. Change residents' bedding weekly while managing linen inventory and schedules. Respond to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate parties and assist with disaster management efforts. Handle hazardous cleaning supplies according to proper procedures and attend scheduled in-service educational classes. Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and licensing rules, including HIPAA and OSHA. Foster teamwork with co-workers and maintain a safe work environment by reporting unsafe actions to management. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
