Job Summary
The Housekeeper performs general cleaning and laundry duties to maintain clean, organized, and welcoming EAA facilities. Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas; changing linens and managing laundry; maintaining cleaning supplies and linens inventory; emptying trash/recycling; performing deep cleaning of appliances; assisting with setup and teardown for hosted events; following safety and sanitization standards; maintaining privacy and confidentiality of household information; and supporting safe practices within the aviation environment. Must work independently with initiative and sound judgment and embrace the EAA mission.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar position
- Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Organization and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Physical ability to lift, bend and perform repetitive tasks
