Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine to maintain clean rooms for business travelers and families. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs and assist guests by providing linens, towels, or information upon request. Perform additional tasks such as laundry support and public area cleaning as assigned. Work flexible full-time or part-time schedules with on-call rotation for weekends, reporting to the Housekeeping Executive or General Manager. No prior cleaning experience required; high school equivalency needed.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 – 35 lbs intermittently during the workday
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
