Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine to ensure rooms are cleaner than competition. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs and assist guests by providing linens, towels, and amenities upon request. Work independently following verbal and written instructions while maintaining a positive attitude and Service +1 mindset. Perform additional tasks such as laundry support and public area cleaning as needed. This role requires high school equivalency and the ability to lift 25–35 lbs, with Saturday and Sunday shifts often required.
