Housekeeper

Maintain clean hotel rooms and common areas as part of Drury Hotels’ housekeeping team. Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure guest rooms meet established standards. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs; assist guests by providing linens, amenities, or information upon request; respond promptly to guest inquiries with a friendly, courteous Service +1 attitude. Follow established cleaning procedures and use appropriate supplies; may assist in laundry and public-space cleaning as needed. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods and lift 25–35 pounds intermittently. Requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work without direct supervision. Prior cleaning experience is useful but not required. Weekend work may be required as Drury Hotels operate seven days a week. Starting wage $14.76 per hour, with quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 annually and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k) with company match. Location: Las Cruces property; bilingual Spanish/English communication is common in this role.
