Job Summary
Receive room lists from the manager and prioritize cleaning assignments. Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms according to Colwen and brand standards, ensuring bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations are disinfected. Transport cleaning carts, restock amenities, and perform final walk-arounds to verify standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, knock before entering, and notify maintenance of repairs. Launder soiled linens, fold sheets, and remove trash and dirty items. Take found items to the lost and found area. Work a rotational 7-day cycle including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Remain discreet and respect privacy of guests, work with the highest level of integrity
- Perform consistent work to the highest standard
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant and friendly way
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to work rotational 7-day work cycle; including weekends and holidays
