Job Summary
Conduct apartment and common area cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sheet and linen changing, bed making, and bathroom sanitation. Maintain linen inventory for weekly changes, log cleaning activities, and interact with residents while respecting privacy. Perform floor care such as sweeping, mopping, carpet shampooing, and disinfecting public restrooms. Handle hazardous cleaning supplies per protocol and respond to resident emergencies or disaster management efforts. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including HIPAA and OSHA standards. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm at the Mira Vie at Brookfield community in Belvidere, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm
