Job Summary
Stock guest room carts with supplies, replace linens, and replenish amenities while maintaining clean hallways and public areas. Conduct deep cleaning activities including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and disassembling furniture. Remove trash and dirty linen, then perform assigned tasks such as pre-cleaning duties and restocking. Maintain high personal grooming standards and approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and security procedures while working varying shifts to meet hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
