Restock linens, guest amenities, and supplies to maintain property standards while inspecting rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs. Report issues promptly and ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in. Maintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipment, and support laundry operations when needed. Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner, following company procedures and safety guidelines while working collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams.
