Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all equipment, locker rooms, and general areas by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming assigned facility zones. Clean and disinfect bathroom areas, shower stalls, and changing spaces while ensuring a sufficient supply of towels, tissues, soap, and disinfectant throughout the club. Empty garbage containers and keep storage areas organized. Immediately report any complaints or areas of concern to management. Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for an entire shift
- Proper knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly, thoroughly, and independently
- Positive and professional attitude
