Job Summary
Performs general housekeeping and maintenance duties to keep the facility clean, safe, and comfortable. Follows the cleaning schedule for the housekeeping department to clean offices, restrooms, activity room, kitchen restroom, service entrance, therapy room, entrances/exits, and other areas; performs emergency housekeeping as needed. Cooperates with other facility personnel to meet residents’ needs, maintains a warm, approachable environment, and adheres to employee policies and dress code. Prior experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred
- One year’s work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures
