Job Summary
Provide campus cleaning and minor maintenance across Covenant Living Cromwell campus. Responsibilities include following established cleaning schedules, performing cleaning tasks in interior and exterior areas, maintaining floors, handling minor maintenance (light bulbs, plunging toilets, batteries), assisting with resident moves and linen program, moving furniture as needed, and participating in snow and ice salting. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, be dependable, and work with limited supervision. Availability on weekends may be required.
