Job Summary
Perform spring cleaning of all rental units, bathhouses, and public areas, including fixtures, floors, and walls. Empty trash containers in public buildings and ensure adjacent areas remain free from litter. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests while reporting rental unit issues to the service department. Clean units on check-out days and handle off-season cleaning as assigned. Complete work assignments with minimal supervision, possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to lift thirty pounds regularly. Evening and weekend work may be required based on department needs.
