Job Summary
Conduct spring cleaning of all rental units, bathhouses, and public areas, including emptying trash containers and ensuring fixtures, floors, and walls are clean. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests while reporting rental unit issues to the service department. Perform off-season cleaning and checkout duties as assigned, maintaining Cove Communities policies and following the Golden Rule. Evening and weekend work may be required based on department needs. This role supports the best rental experience at our Big Pine Key RV property.
